General Return Information

• We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories (e.g., power cords, user manuals, etc.) included.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to complete your return.

Refunds

• If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund process may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

In-store pickup
